Introduction to the Course
Welcome to this course dedicated to the first of the three topics that form the basis of the manoeuvre: “The Propellers”. The other topics covered in subsequent courses are “The Rudders” and “The Anchors”. The fourth course is dedicated to examples of manoeuvres actually performed where what has been learned in previous courses is put into practice. From the fifth course onwards, we move up a level by addressing increasingly specific topics.
This course consists of text and images combined with short videoclips produced by STANDBYENGINE, a company formed by Harbour Pilots with more than twenty years of experience who have decided to share their knowledge through courses, videos and articles.
