Neuro-Linguistic Programming studies the structure of subjective experience. (Richard Bandler)

Words are superficial indications used to try to express true deep thought.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), unknown to many, helps break down the barriers in human interactions and is applied in virtually any context. It is a subject that focuses mainly on subjective experience rather than objective reality and, therefore, on:

  • Thoughts,
  • Emotions,
  • Beliefs, and
  • Preconceptions.

We can live the same experience differently depending on how one is willing to face it. It is, in fact, our mental attitude that influences the result of the ‘experience’.

NLP helps us become aware of the impact that words, gestures, and thoughts have on ourselves and the people we communicate with.

In this short course, we will see how to adapt some concepts of Neuro-Linguistic Programming to our profession, particularly to the pilot/master relationship. The invitation is to deepen the knowledge of this subject, which can help all social and work relationships and is valuable in understanding the mechanisms that improve self-control & personal trust.
